Each home is 399 square feet — a park model with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a full kitchen, and a double sleeping loft above, so it lives much larger than the footprint suggests. A covered front porch adds outdoor living space.
What are the perks?+
Brand-new construction with a double sleeping loft (sleeps 3), soaring lofted ceilings, quartz counters, stainless appliances with a gas range, laminate floors, and a covered front porch. Ownership includes the community pool, on-site laundry, BBQ & picnic area, and on-site management — plus your first month of space rent free, 2 blocks from The Village and 1 block from the lake.
Do I own the home, or am I renting?+
You own the home — it’s yours to live in and sell. You lease the homesite it sits on for $950/mo, like every manufactured-home community. The land itself is not included in the purchase.
Are pre-owned homes available too?+
